Returns + Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we were at fault (damaged item, missing item, etc) Customers must email within 7 days after delivery regarding any issues with an order. To prevent a package from being stolen or products being damaged due to environmental conditions please do not place an order if on vacation/holiday. We can hold your order at our facilities if you wish to order while away, please attach a note to your order for a request to hold or simply email us at shop@brwnsugakb.com
